General Manager
A motivated self-starter, Helen always has her to-do list to hand and finds satisfaction in knowing she has completed tasks to the best of her ability. A big believer in meditation, she uses breathing exercises to help her find focus and makes time for herself when she’s feeling under pressure. Her favourite thing about Clockwise is the community and she has strong relationships with both members and colleagues. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her enjoying Devon’s stunning beaches and pretty country pubs.

These stunning landscaped gardens are located just behind Clockwise. The site of the gardens formed part of the defence of Exeter’s Castle back in the Norman period, but these days they are open to the public for picnics and play host to the annual event Shakespeare in the Garden
Until I worked in the Clockwise Club Lounge, I never knew what my optimal working environment was. Having such a versatile working space with a superb cafe and the gentle background buzz of music is a very motivating atmosphere for me. There's a great community of characters working here, so even though I work remotely from my colleagues, I still have a nice bunch to chat with throughout the week.

I really enjoy having an office in Clockwise Exeter, it's a really comfortable space with lots of friendly characters and it does feel a bit special being in one of the best business addresses in town. The location is great for after-work drinks or meeting clients off of the train, ultimately its easy, pick your space, bring in your stuff and off you go.
